I’m inspired by nature's ease and the healing power of love. I find true freedom in living life fully from the inside out. My intention is to offer my heart to the world as a healer, coach + yoga teacher through words that motivate, inspire, and encourage. 

I’m a certified Hatha Yoga Teacher with 700+ hours of training. I have been teaching and practising yoga for over 10 years.

My training includes:

  • 20 Hours with Yoga Mentoring Adore Yoga
  • 200 Hours with Preshana Yoga
  • Kundalini Teacher (currently in training)
  • Avidly attend yoga workshops
  • Certified Level 1 Reiki practitioner
  • Certified Level 2 Reiki practitioner

My yoga journey began in my early 20's when I introduced myself to yoga for nothing more than curiosity and I've been hooked ever since. I instantly fell in love with how the practice of yoga allowed me  to find peace and harmony in my life. Originally from Ireland, I moved to Australia almost 8 years ago, where I found that regular yoga practice was the perfect counterbalance needed for my stressful corporate life at the time.

I bring elements of alignment based Hatha, Iyengar and Kundalini yoga into my classes and I offer yoga as a way to access life with truthful admiration, devotion and gratitude.

Through practice I have gained better mental clarity and focus, a feeling of being more centred and increased self-awareness. I finally found a space where my body, mind and breath became one together.

My classes are a blend of alignment, enabling students to dive deeper into their truth. They are uplifting in nature and always seeking balance.

Private yoga sessions give you the opportunity to work one-on-one with me. Privates are taught in the comfort of your own home or you can come to my own private yoga sanctuary. Each session will focus on your individual needs, with gentle hands-on instruction.

I take into account your body type, age, current health and level of Yoga experience. Learn proper alignment for your specific body type, address injuries or life changes (pregnancy or menopause, for example), and deepen your understanding of yogic breathing, yoga philosophy, and meditation techniques.

Each class allows you to become more aware of your body, enhances your senses and develops your ability to take your practice off the mat and into your day to day life.

Sessions must be booked in advance and there is a 24-hour cancellation policy.

Private individual and group yoga lessons are currently available throughout the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney and can be held at your home, work place or Corona’s yoga sanctuary in Bronte.


Individuals - $120 (75 mins)

Additional People - $30 per person

Block of 5 sessions - $550
